Welcome to HealR, a product of MyZODA Ltd. By accessing or using our mobile application or website (collectively, "HealR" or the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms govern your relationship with HealR Technologies Ltd. as a patient, medical provider, or visitor.
Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree with any part, you should not use the Platform.
HealR is a digital health platform owned and operated by MyZODA Ltd. We connect patients with licensed healthcare professionals for remote consultation, prescription, and follow-up care. Our operations comply with Nigerian medical laws and ethical standards, including regulations from MDCN, NMCN, and the National Health Act.
To use HealR, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. Healthcare professionals must hold a valid license from MDCN, NMCN, or equivalent regulatory bodies. By registering, you confirm that all provided information is true, complete, and current.
You agree to use HealR only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial healthcare services. You may not impersonate others, use others' accounts, or engage in disruptive conduct. HealR reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse, false information, or ethical/legal violations.
Virtual consultations are conducted by independent, licensed medical providers. HealR does not interfere with clinical judgment. You understand that: providers are solely responsible for diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions; consultations are not for emergencies; follow-up and offline visits may be advised. HealR is not liable for outcomes from provider actions or user non-compliance.
Our scheduling practices promote mutual respect. Patients can reschedule up to three times per appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable except for emergencies or technical faults. Providers should avoid repeated short-notice cancellations. HealR may suspend accounts for consistent scheduling ethics violations. Please refer to our detailed Appointment Reschedule and Cancelation Policy.
HealR uses secure payment gateways for all transactions. Patients are charged based on published pricing. Refunds are only provided for provider cancellations or verified technical issues. Subscription payments auto-renew unless canceled via account settings. You are responsible for reviewing pricing terms before confirming services.
You may submit health history, chat messages, or feedback through the platform. By doing so, you grant HealR a limited license to use this content for operation and improvement purposes. You agree not to submit abusive, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content, which may result in suspension or removal.
All platform content, including design, branding, software, trademarks, text, and graphics, belongs to HealR Technologies Ltd. or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without express written consent.
HealR provides the platform "as is"
and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or medical consultation outcomes.

HealR may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or behavior inconsistent with medical ethics. Upon termination, access to services and records may be limited or disabled.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any unresolved disputes will be referred to courts in Lagos, Nigeria for resolution.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be notified via email or app notifications. Your continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
